The training plan

Brain training from be more yourself includes a combination of different tools and techniques that serve to reinforce each other.

Two modules

Brain training consists of two modules - the Stabiliser (covering four days), and the Optimiser (covering three days). Each day consists of three training sessions.

Training starts with a personal intake interview, a qEEG (an image of the brain) and defining personal goals and training plan. To increase neuroplasticity, it is essential that the natural levels of neurobiochemical transmitters are optimal. This is tested using the Braverman technique, a tool used to obtain a profile that shows the strengths and weaknesses of the neurobiochemical system. To ensure training gets off to the best possible start, the entire brain training process is supported by the use of nutritional supplements where necessary.

During brain training, trainees watch a film while we monitor their brain frequencies using the latest equipment. The trainee relaxes, which gives the brain space to learn. As soon as the brain frequencies show the desired pattern, the trainee is given a visual, auditory and tactile ‘reward’ that encourages the brain to continue the new behaviour. This process is known as operant conditioning.

In addition, each module includes intensive synchronisation coaching. The focus here is on creating a balance between the gut, the heart and mind. These three systems need to form a cohesive whole in order for brain training to have the maximum impact.
